Refund policy

RETURNS

You are authorized to return the item(s) provided they meet the conditions below:

  • The item(s) is/are returned within 14 days of receiving the order in its original packaging.
  • The item(s) is/are in perfect condition and is/are therefore unused, undamaged and unwashed.
  • All STEVE SCOTT™ labels and tags are still attached to the item(s)
    Items being returned will be ground inspected to see if conditions have been met.

How do I return my order?

If you are authorized to return the item(s) you can follow the steps below to return your order:

  1. Report your return via the contact page, you will receive the return form.
  2. Download and fill out the return form.
  3. Return the item(s) stating your order number, and attach the return form to your   return shipment.

SEND
We recommend that you return the product traceable and signed with a postal or courier company that can insure the shipment for the full value of the item(s).
Be sure to keep the shipping receipt after you ship the item(s).

REFUND
You are entitled to a refund of the value of your order, if the item(s) has been properly assessed by us and returned according to the terms and conditions. Should your return be assessed as such, the refund will be paid via the payment method used to place the order.
The refund will be made as soon as possible. Please allow at least 5 business days for this. The value of the accepted return may also be exchanged for other items currently offered on steve-scott.eu or exchanged for a credit to steve-scott.eu

Items purchased at a discount can be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.

NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS.
If the returned item(s) is/are judged to be non-accepted and/or the conditions have not been met, then the possibility of a refund, as well as the possibility of an exchange and the possibility of a voucher will be cancelled.

You still have the option of receiving the item(s) from the return shipment back. The shipping costs will then be paid by yourself.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR RETURNS?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
