Shipping policy

At Steve Scott, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Below you will find all important details regarding processing, shipping and delivery.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods such as sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will inform you by email.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL.

3. SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
We ship to all European countries.
Delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
All orders shipped within the European Union are sent without customs or import duties.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays or carrier disruptions. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at
info@stevescott.eu as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions. These will always be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
